Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or update your order. Please read the following points carefully to know when and how you can request cancellations.
1. How do I cancel my order?
Send your cancellation request to WhatsApp or email us at care@fabfortyplus.com - with your order ID.
Note:- Cancellations will be accepted only within 3 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
2. When will I receive my refund after a successful cancellation?
Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3. Can I cancel my order during a sale period?
All orders placed during a sale are final and cannot be cancelled or edited under any circumstances.
Even if your order was placed a couple of days before the sale began, it will still not be eligible for cancellation during the sale period.
Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase, as we will be unable to make any changes once the order is placed during a sale period.
Even Orders placed during regular (non-sale) periods may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
4. Will there be delays in shipping during high order volumes?
Yes, during sales or promotional periods, shipping may take longer than usual due to high order volumes.
We appreciate your patience and assure you that we do our best to dispatch all orders at the earliest.
5. What if I haven’t received an order confirmation message or email?
- If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and your registered email address.
- If you don’t see the confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
- If still not found, contact us with your registered phone number, email ID, and payment screenshot.
6. What should I do if the payment was debited but no order was placed?
In rare cases, a payment failure may still result in your account being debited.
Such amounts are usually auto-refunded within 7–14 business days by your bank or payment gateway.
If the refund doesn’t reflect, please reach out to us with your transaction details and proof of payment.
