Shipping Policy
At fab forty plus, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably.
1. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote or outlying areas.
4. Where can I find my order ID?
Order ID is provided in the confirmation message and email sent to you once the order is successfully placed.
5. How will I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor the delivery status anytime.
6. What if my order is delayed or lost?
In case of delays or lost packages, please contact our support team at care@fabfortyplus.com – or via WhatsApp for assistance.
7. Are there any delivery or shipping charges?
- Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur flat shipping fee of ₹100.
8. Can I change the shipping address, phone number, or email address for my order?
Yes, but only within 3 hours of placing your order or before shipment. (Whichever is earlier) After the order is shipped, changes will not be possible.
If a change request is made after dispatch, an additional courier fee of ₹100–₹150 will apply depending on the charges levied by our logistics partner.
9. What happens if I refuse a COD order at the time of delivery?
If a COD order is refused at delivery, the customer will be restricted from placing any future COD orders on our platform.
10. Why is misuse of COD discouraged?
COD misuse leads to a waste of packaging materials, delivery resources, and extra transportation emissions, which negatively impact the environment. We request customers to use the Cash on Delivery option responsibly.
11. What if my order is flagged as fraudulent?
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a breach of our terms C conditions, We may cancel the order at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Such customers may be blacklisted and denied access to future orders on our platform.
