• Fab Forty Plus offers skincare products designed especially for individuals aged 40 and above (the "Products"). All products are intended for external use only.
• We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing information on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
• A patch test is always advisable before using any skincare product. Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type and usage. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.

 
4. Ordering and Payment

• Orders may be placed directly through our website www.fabfortyplus.com
• You agree to provide complete and accurate information while placing an order.
• Fab Forty Plus reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of incorrect details, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability.
• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR). We currently ship within India only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. A delivery charge of ₹100 applies to COD orders. Additional taxes or charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  
  

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner availability.

We intend to ship across India, subject to serviceability of the area. Shipping services may be handled by third-party logistics partners such as Shiprocket or other courier providers.

Fab Forty Plus does not guarantee specific delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

 6. Returns and Exchanges

Fab Forty Plus does not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product
• The product was damaged during delivery
• The product delivered was expired

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Returned products must be packed in their original packaging, including the outer box and protective layers. Products that are improperly packed or damaged due to poor packaging may result in rejection of the exchange request.

7. Order Modification

Can I change the shipping address, phone number, or email address for my order?

Yes, changes are allowed only within 3 hours of placing your order or before shipment, whichever occurs first. Once the order has been shipped, modifications will not 
be possible.

If a change request is made after dispatch, an additional courier fee of ₹100–₹150 may apply depending on the charges imposed by the logistics partner.

 
8. Intellectual Property

All content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images, designs, and website content, is the exclusive property of Fab Forty Plus and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
