Return & Exchange Policy
At Fab Forty Plus, we craft each product with care and a commitment to qulaity. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. In such cases, we're here to support you.
1. Can I return or get a refund for my order?
No. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, cosmetic and skincare products are non- returnable and non-refundable.
2. Under what conditions can I request an exchange?
We offer exchanges only if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product was damaged during delivery
- The item delivered was expired
3. How do I request an exchange?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@fabfortyplus.com - with:
- Clear photos and an unboxing video
- A short description of the issue
4. Is media proof required for damage claims?
Yes, The damage must be clearly visible in the photo/video.
If valid proof is not shared within 24 hours, your request will not be eligible for exchange.
5. How should I pack the product for return?
- Return items in original packaging with the outer box and protective layers.
- Improper packaging or damaged product will result in rejection of the exchange.
6. In which cases will exchange be denied?
Exchange is not accepted if:
- Product is used, opened, tried or tampered
- Original seal or serial number is missing
- Returned without proper packing
7. What happens after the returned product reaches you?
On receipt of the returned product, We will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a replacement will be issued to the customer. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
8. When will my replacement be shipped?
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement within 24-48 hours, subject to stock availability.
9. What if I receive an open or tampered package?
Please do not accept the delivery. Fab Forty Plus will not be responsible for issues arising from accepting open/damaged parcels.
10. Will I get a refund if I don’t like the product?
No, We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed only under the specific conditions listed above.
11. What if the product doesn’t suit me?
We do not accept returns for personal reaction, as skincare results vary. Please consult our team if you need usage advice.
